Is Rent-to-Rent legal?
Yes! Rent-to-Rent is fully legal, provided that the correct contracts are in place. We use Management Agreements and comply with all relevant UK Regulations.
Are you registered with any official bodies?
Yes! We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Who pays the bills?
Generally speaking, we will take care of all of the bills, including council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband. Minor maintenance costs will also be covered by us. However, we are flexible and open to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
How will you use my property?
We will rent the property out as Serviced Accommodation to ID-verified guests. We will manage this, meaning you will get your guaranteed rent every month without having to deal with any guests or tenants.
How long is the contract?
We offer flexible terms based on your needs. Most agreements are between 3-5 years, but we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
What happens at the end of the contract?
We will return the property to you in excellent condition. Alternatively, we can extend the agreement if you are happy with the arrangement.
